Recognising the vast potential, BMS has strategically developed an extensive network to serve the key points in these regions. Its vessels - Bintang Belait and Bintang Seria concentrate on routes to Bintulu, Miri, Kuala Belait, Kuching and Sibu on a six day interval; while Mercury Crystal and Pontianak focus on routes to Muara, Labuan, Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan and Tawau, operating on a four day interval basis.

To date, BMS owns and operates four vessels and a large fleet of tugboats and barges. Serving as the regional headquarters for its regional offices, it undertakes full control in operations, technical, commercial and marketing functions.
